Description - The framework agreement, single awardee without negotiation or re-competition, concerns the supply of pellets for horses to the Parc Equestre du Touquet-Paris-Plage (425 avenue de la Dune aux Loups? 62520 Le Touquet-Paris-Plage) . It will result in t he issuance of purchase orders with no minimum and a maximum number of 80 tonnes per year. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 12 months from January 1, 2024, tacitly renewable for a period of 12 months, i.e. an end of the contract on December 31, 2025. The contract may be terminated at the expiration of the annual period by either party, without compensation, upon three months' notice given by registered letter with acknowledgment
