Description - This contract is put on the market because the city of Ghent wants to introduce parking enforcement with scan vehicles. The contract concerns a framework agreement with one service provider for the purchase, implementation, maintenance and support of hardware scan modules and associated software for checking the parking rights of parked vehicles. These hardware scan modules must be mounted on the vehicles made available by the city of Ghent. The hardware scan modules must communicate with the underlying back office software for the assessment of the observations and the processing of the fees.
