Description - Description: The National Transport Plan (NTP) states that all traffic safety work in Norway is to be based on the zero vision, a vision that no one should be killed or badly injured in traffic. The implementation of the zero vision has contributed t o the work more systematically, long term, knowledge based and uniform with traffic safety. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, uses national traffic safety campaigns as a strategically important means in the work for increased traffic safety. The contracting authority would therefore like to enter into an agreement with a media agency for implementation and evaluation of long-term national traff
