Description - Description: The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for up to 180 pieces of battery trolleybuses for urban lines and the provision of related performance for the contracting authority.The framework agreement will be concluded for five (5) years, with one selected supplier. The subject of this tender is also the supply of spare parts to trolleybuses and service services for trolleybuses. The subject of the framework agreement is to regulate mutual rights and obligations with regard to the award of sectoral public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement.
