Description - Description: The contents of the procurement are services as described above and will include repairs, maintenance, alterations and new buildings. The service agreements only apply for discipline 5 for heat pumps/cooling/ventilation installations. Ma terials needed for the different operations will also be included in the work. Exceptions will apply in cases where the Contracting Authority itself procures supplies/materials for the work.
