Description - Description: Lillesand Municipality invites suppliers to apply for a licence in connection with the delivery of assistance hours in the User-Directed Personal Assistance (BPA) scheme. There are currently 8 users in Lillesand Municipality who have a d ecision on BPA. BPA is enshrined in the Patient and User Rights Act. This means that users who have a decision on BPA can choose to have the service performed by a municipal service or by one of several private suppliers. Up to 6 of the best suppliers who meet the qualification requirements and the minimum requirements will be awarded a licence.
