Description - Description: DSS needs to conclude a new framework agreement for the purchase of assistance for window cleaning. The agreement is entered into with DSS, but other businesses associated with the ministry community will use this agreement and are consi dered to be customers in accordance with this agreement. The service includes window cleaning for DSS at the locations shown in Appendix 1 to the contract, in accordance with the prepared progress plan.
