Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide project management services for operations arising from the Major Maintenance and Investment program, the budget for which comes exclusively from own funds. Rehabilitation operations and operations for which all or part of the financing comes from loans and/or subsidies are not covered by this framework agreement.
