Description - The performance of the contract is subject to the technical conditions described in the Cctp, defining all the services to be performed. This framework agreement (Ac) is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders according to art. L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code, with the following organisations:- La Semader; The Sidr; Sodiac; The Cdc Hom. The coordinator of the order grouping is the Semader. The latter is responsible for awarding, signing and notifying the contract. Each member must monitor the execution of the services on his respective assets. The Ac is set without a minimum amount and a maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract (possible renewals included)
