Description - Description: The City of Ghent, which acts as client for its own partial assignments and as a purchasing center for third party contracting parties, wishes to conclude a framework agreement for architectural design assignments for projects in the Ghe nt territory for two plots; lot 1 – Small architectural assignments and lot 2 – Major architectural assignments. For both plots, the City of Ghent will appoint ten service providers (ten for plot 1 and ten for plot 2) for the duration of the framework agreement (4 years) based on the award criteria set out below.
