Description - The procurement will ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces' personnel who serve on the Norwegian Armed Forces' vessels meet civilian requirements in accordance with the STCW convention.The course portfolio must meet national and international requir ements for maritime certification courses in accordance with the IMO, SOLAS and ISM code and as mandated by the STCW convention. STCW courses must be in accordance with the currently applicable syllabus published on the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's website.
