Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is the design and expert services required by the Tampere Adult Education Centre. The services are procured as a framework agreement for the following sub-areas:1. Main and architectural design (also includ es interior design and information model coordination)2. Structural and foundation design (also includes moisture management and cleanliness management coordination)3. Building services design (LVIAS and AV design)The three (3) best-placed bidders in the sub-area-specific comparison will be selected for each sub-area.
