Description - Description: The overarching objective of the Framework Contract (FWC) is to support EU Member States in ensuring accessibility and availability of civilian transport infrastructure for military platforms. To this end, the FWC should identify gaps an d deficits in logistical capacity related to military transport needs, as well as procedural aspects related to military transport in various dimensions, mapping the current situation and providing EU Member States with information that would serve to improve their Military Mobility capabilities.
