Description - Description: The content of the procurement is services as described above and will include repairs, maintenance, conversions and new construction. Service agreements only apply in subject area 5 for heat pumps/cooling/ventilation systems. In connect ion with the work, materials needed for the various operations will also be included. Exceptions will apply in cases where the client procures goods/materials for the work itself. The agreement also includes minor adjacent work and work that naturally falls within the subject area.
