Description - Description: St Helens Borough Council is looking for a partner to provide a network of textile, shoes, clean bedding, towels, handbags and belts recycling sites. St Helens Council working with Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority (MRWA) and its partner districts wish to develop a contract to provide textiles recycling points across the Liverpool City Region for residents to use.
