Description - Description: This specification concerns a framework contract for services relating to environmental studies on behalf of Perspective.The framework contract is divided into 5 lots, each covering different types of studies, some of which are required by the regulatory framework (namely the BWRO) and others not:LOT 1: GLOBAL STUDIES- Preparatory studies: studies carried out prior to the preparation of plans or programmes, with the aim of supporting decision-making regarding the environmental problems of an area and the urban development tools to be used. These studies are not mandatory under the regulatory framework.- Environmental impact reports on plans and programmes (required by the BWRO)
