Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to ensure the maintenance of the tree heritage of GRANDLYON HABITAT through pruning, felling, grubbing, phytosanitary treatment of trees, clearing and mowing. This contract constitutes: - A single-awar dee framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. - This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as and when required by the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement.
