Description - Description: The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), with Additive Monitoring Inc., dba Phase3D, located at 2415 W 19TH ST STE 2B-1, Chicago, IL 60608-3054, for the acquisition of a Fringe Projection system Software for use with an existing Phase-3D Fringe Projection instrument at NIST. The supplies will be utilized by the NIST Engineering Laboratory (EL), in Gaithersburg, MD.
