Description - Description: The proposed project is to Construct a Standard design General Purpose Storage Building for use as Housing Furniture Storage warehouse. This Design-Build warehouse structure will be 18,250 SF. Warehouse floor shall be designed to support multiple tiered pallet racks, and other stackable rack systems needed to increase stack height of odd-shaped furniture and mattresses.
