Description - Description: The Assignment that is being tendered with this Tender Procedure concerns the supply of Fuel. The following parties are involved in this tender: N.V. HVC: responsible for facilitating and coordinating the tender procedure. Spaarnelanden N.V.: participates in the tender and will conclude its own agreement with the winning bidder in the event of award. The Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘HVC’) acts in this tender as the main contracting party for the supply of Fuel. Where HVC is mentioned, you should also read Spaarnelanden N.V. in the guideline. The duration of the Agreement is set at 4 years. The Agreement can be extended a maximum of 2 times by 24 months.
