Description - Description: The municipality of Oosterhout wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the issue of universally applicable fuel cards in order to be able to issue partial orders for the delivery of fuel and additives at both vehicle level (at the p ump) and bulk (at the municipal yard). The municipality wants to be able to refuel independently of brand and to be able to charge electrically nationwide at at least three quarters of the fuel locations in and near the municipality of Oosterhout.
