Description - Description: The municipality of Oosterhout wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the issue of universally applicable fuel cards in order to be able to issue partial orders for the delivery of fuel and additives at both vehicle level (at the p ump) and bulk (at the municipal yard). The municipality wants to be able to refuel independently of brand and to be able to charge electrically nationwide at at least three quarters of the filling stations in and around the municipality of Oosterhout. The bulk deliveries are invoiced via the fuel card supplier. For the number of cards required and indicative number of litres/kWh see the Price List. No rights can be derived from any of the numbers
