Description - Description: The object of the procedure is the purchase of fuel under an excise duty exemption regime for the means of naval mobility of the Border Police, delivered in DDP INCOTERMS 2020 condition to the warehouses of the Contracting Authority with payment upon delivery.The Contracting Authority, within the meaning of this procedure, is the Coast Guard and respectively the territorial inspectorates owning naval equipment, namely ITPF Iași, ITPF Giurgiu and ITPF Timișoara.
