Description - Description: This consultation concerns the functional improvement, accessibility and rehabilitation works of the Henri BOSCO college in LA VALETTE DU VAR. It is expected that the works will begin around June 2025. The financing of the service is pro vided by the departmental budget. For lots 2, 3A, 3B, 4, 5, and 6 the contract is concluded in the form of an ordinary contract at a global and fixed price. For lot 1 the contract is concluded in the form of a so-called "composite" contract comprising a fixed price part at a global and fixed price and a non-fixed price part with a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with articles R. 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - R. 216
