Description - Description: United States Navy (USN) seeks to lease fully furnished apartments under the authority of 10 USC 8772 to house unaccompanied transient military personnel assigned to the Columbia Program Office, PMS 397 based out of General Dynamics, Ele ctric Boat, Groton, Connecticut for various periods of time. This solicitation is intended to meet the various unaccompanied housing requirements in or near the Groton, Connecticut area for a two year period. All offerors whose proposals are technically acceptable will be sent award letters following the close of the solicitation. As further requirements develop for the following time period, requests for availability will be sent to all awarded
