Description - Description: The purpose of this procurement procedure is the complete fitting out of utility vehicles according to the Contracting Authority's trades. The purpose of the contract is to conclude a cascade Framework Agreement with all Bidders who have submitted a compliant offer. Only the Bidder ranked first for a Lot according to the award criteria for this Lot will be considered the "active" Successful Bidder for the Lot. The other Bidders, having submitted a regular offer for the Lot, will be considered the "reserve" Successful Bidder for the Lot.
