Description - Description: The FDIC Dallas Regional Office is currently in the process of expanding its footprint to include four additional floors and requires a contractor to procure and install office furniture and furnishings. The FDIC Dallas Regional Office w ill be leasing the space, and building out office space on the entire 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th floors and portions of the 4th through 9th floor, for a total of 102,800 SF. The leased space will accommodate FDIC employees and will be ready for occupancy on dates set forth per the construction buildout of each floor.  There may be a need for further expansion of two additional floors.  If this need arises, FDIC will implement an option for the
