Description - Description: The Høllesli tunnel is located on Fv. 523 in Forsand municipality, and is an important traffic artery through Ryfylke. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is to upgrade the Høllesli Tunnel so that the tunnel meets the minimum req uirements set by the EU to ensure the safety and security of existing tunnels. The tunnel was built in 1993. The tunnel length is 822 meters and the tunnel profile is T8.5. The speed limit is 80 km/h, and ÅDT is about 1,600.
