Description - Description: The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is releasing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for industry questions and comments. This effort pertains to the performance of Aegis Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) which conducts combat system eq uipment testing and equipment troubleshooting for the Aegis Combat System aboard new construction Aegis Destroyer (DDG) 51 Class, in-service DDGs 51, and Aegis Cruiser (CG) 47 Class. This contract also contains scope for allied navy ships under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, AEGIS land-based tactical sites, and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) capability upgrades. This effort is planned as a follow-on competition to contract N00024-15-C-51
