Description - Description: The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on the behalf of Albany State University is seeking the services of highly qualified Roofing and Exterior Envelope Repair and Maintenance Contractors (¿Contractor¿) for r oof maintenance, replacements and exterior envelope projects for various ASU facilities and locations. More than one Contractor may be selected for a one-year term from the date of award, with the possibility of four (1) one-year renewals for up to 4 years (total contract of 5 years), to be a provider under a Task Order contract. The Contractors selected under this procurement will work through the ASU Facilities Department to provide maintenance
