Description - Description: In accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, this is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of potential sources/vendors having the skills and capabilities necessary to provide Health Care to Homeless Veterans (HCHV) E mergency Residential Services on behalf of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). The requirement is for a Contractor s facility to be within a 20 mile radius from the Jackie Walorski Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located at 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
