Description - Description: Amendment 1 - Replacement of Bridge No. 1102400 on US 219 (Garrett Highway) over the Youghiogheny River. The new bridge will have a clear roadway width of 32′-0″ with two 11-foot-wide travel lanes and a 5’-0” shoulders. The propo sed structure will be a 55’ long single span galvanized steel beam bridge.
