Description - Description: The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage one or more qualified Gallagher Channel Partners (“Installers”) to carry out the new supply and installation of Gallagher Access Controls system. The Work may be carried ou t at any of the City's buildings or facilities on an as and when required basis (the "Project"), as described in the Contract Documents.
