Description - Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement which consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct a fire station and crew quarter and provide site improvements. 1. This project will constr uct an 8,621 GSF fire station consisting of an engine bay and supporting administrative area to include all infrastructure upgrades necessary to support the new facility. Construction will be slab-on-grade with insulated metal panels on CMU walls in the engine bay portion of the facility and timber construction with glulam beams in the administrative portion of the facility.
