Description - Description: THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division is seeking information regardin g the procurement of two (2) Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE) to support land-based testing of prototypical shipboard systems. One PHE will support a “Seawater” representative, and the other PHE will support a “Freshwater” representative Closed Loop Cooling Water System. The “Seawater” representative system will use demineralized water as the fluid medium on the process side and freshwater as the fluid medium on the condenser side
