Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Air Vent Repair and Conduit Removal at the North Hartland Lake Gatehouse, North Hartland, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, mat erials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work at the North Hartland Lake Gatehouse: Replace expansion joint material on the three (3) air vents. Repair a weld break on air vent number one (1) at approximate elevation of four hundred ninety-one (491) feet. Remove and dispose of approximately seventy (70) linear feet of two (2) inch electrical conduit and junction boxes located on the outside platform and through the gatehouse tower
