Description - Description: The University is looking to appoint a Contractor with experience of building farm sheds and buildings, to design, supply and build a new dairy farm midden at the University of Lincoln's Riseholme Farm. The midden will enable students st udying agriculture based courses to experience best practice in farmyard manure storage as well as ensuring the Riseholme Farm is compliant with environmental regulations, avoiding ground water pollution.The midden's proposed dimensions are 407m2, 30m long x 14.5m wide, with a 6m height at the eaves.
