Description - Estuary Housing Association is proposing to rationalise its office accommodation, to vacate its head office at Maitland House this Summer and use Centre Place on the Woodgrange Drive Estate, Southend, as its main hub. Estuary intends to appoint a sin gle contractor to undertake the remodelling project. There is a maximum window of nine weeks to complete the works which must be completed by w/c 21st July 2023.
