Description - Watford Borough Council is looking to commission an Evaluation Consultant with proven track record of delivering evaluation for cultural and heritage organisations to work with the Museum and Heritage Service to deliver a long-term evaluation of thei r National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) project.We require the evaluation of both the capital project as well as the activities programme being delivered between 2025 and 2030.
