The subject of the contract is subj ect to Decree no. 431/2011 Coll. Nuclear supervisory office (hereinafter referred to as “UJD”) of the Slovak Republic and Decree No.430/2011 UJD, which defines the inclusion of equipment in safety classes. Pursuant to that Decree, it is included in the Security Class 2. The contracting authority is not the owner of the drawing documentation for the goods procured.
