Description - Description: The subject of this tender is a research drilling in Schwelm planned by the Geological Service of North Rhine-Westphalia (GD NRW) as part of the NRW exploration and drilling program (Geothermal Master Plan). The plan is to explore Devoni an reef limestones (mass limestone) in terms of their thickness, internal structure and petrographic properties. The drilling is intended to penetrate the mass limestone in order to investigate the lithological and stratigraphic conditions and to reach the stratigraphically older clay/silt/sandstones of the Honseler layers in the underlying layer.The planned maximum final depth of the drilling is 99 m.
