Description - Description The Ministry Of Defence (MOD), as the Contracting Authority, has an ongoing requirement for of bulk fuels; aviation, marine, and marine aviation fuel worldwide and potentially small volumes of ground fuels (outside of the UK) to support i ts routine and operational activities.
