Description - Description: This consultation concerns a global performance contract (MGP) within the meaning of Articles L. 2171-3, R. 2171-2 and R. 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The future contract will have as its object, the carrying out of the renovat ion work of the boiler room, and the operation and maintenance of the thermal production system for the Emile Zola residence in Asnières. Concretely, the operation consists of renovation work on the boiler room, integrating the implementation of innovative systems such as AIR-WATER heat pumps coupled with gas cogeneration and possible backup by gas boilers for continuity of service with condensation in order to reduce the rental charges for heat
