Description - Description: NAVSEA intends to award a series of contract actions on a sole source basis to procure M-Code and Navstrike Global Positioning Systems (GPS) receivers in support of Over the Horizon Weapon System (OTH-WS) and Joint Strike Missile (JSM) p rograms from BAE Systems Electronic Systems, Navigation, and Senor Systems pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A qualified GPS receiver is required for programs any other GPS receiver would result in unacceptable delays to the program. This is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may announce their interest and detail their capability
