Description - This contract is an MPGP aimed at the creation and operation of a wood heat network in the Penhars district, in Quimper. The holder must design and carry out the work necessary for the creation of the main boiler room consisting of a boiler biomass a nd additional gas backup, including land development and civil engineering works, the network, and substations, with the aim of commissioning the entire network in winter 2025/ 2026, and guarantee the continuity of service of the network and its proper operation according to several performance objectives over 8 years, including the supply of wood energy and gas (P1/P2/P3 services.)
