Description - Description: The purpose of the acquisition is to support the Danish implementation and compliance with the OECD Agreement on International Minimum Taxation (Global Minimum Tax). The OECD has developed a standard model (Globe Information Form or GIR) that the devices must use to fulfill their reporting obligations (https://doi.org/10.1787/91A49ec3-EN). The agreement is implemented in the EU Commission's Directive Proposal to DAC9 (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/txt/?uri=celex:52024pc0497), which clarifies the use of the Globe Agreement in EU-Direct 2025.
