Description - Description: In view of the two (2) Public Biddings, the Barangay Council of Barangay Lapinig del Sur through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and Budget Approved by Sanggunian, Brgy. Fund 2024 (20% EDF) and PGO Grant CY2024, invites interested Bi dders to participate in the negotiation for the Project, “Installation of 15 Solar Lights” in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.)
