Description - Description: UZ Leuven prepares more than 3000 fresh hot meals and 1300 litres of fresh soup during weekdays. Approximately 750 hot meals and 450 litres of soup are served per weekend day. And this for patients, visitors and staff members.Due to a re novation in the central kitchen (CPE), various industrial cooking appliances will be replaced. With a view to efficiency improvements, the current blast coolers will be replaced by new blast coolers.
