Description - Description: The principal objectives of this project are to: Support women, youth and vulnerable groups through green skills development, microfinance, social business and entrepreneurship schemes. The project aims to achieve this by strengthening i nstitutional capacity in the social sectors, developing training and capacity building programs, and financing incubators and accelerators in the Province of Mpumalanga. Beneficiaries of the project will be communities where the decommissioning of coal plants may result in job losses, food insecurity and rising criminality especially against women. The Mpumalanga Green Cluster Agency (MGCA) has been designated as then Project Implementation Unit.
