Description - Description: Gradia, Jyväskylä's association of education municipalities, requests offers for management training for the entire management and supervisors for the years 2025–2026. The name of the training is Gradia-lead. The training consists of 7 theme areas (appendix 1), which support Gradia's new strategy (appendix 2), Gradia's operating models that have already been agreed upon for its implementation and monitoring, and jointly recorded principles of front-line work (appendix 3). A total of 43 people participate in the training.
